Mangosteen Juice

Mangosteen juice from the Mangosteen fruit Garcinia mangostana, also known as The Queen of Fruits or Food of The Gods, has been much acclaimed for its health benefits by supporters of its use as a supplement but has also been written off by some as another fad or just expensive juice by its critics that is no better than eating fresh fruits.   Mangosteen juice is not proposed by its supporters as an alternative to a well balanced diet that includes a variety of vegetables, fruits, protein and carbohydrates. The purpose of consuming mangosteen juice is as a food supplement to obtain properties that are not available in any other food consumed by humans.
